Did you receive a defective product?
If you have received a defective product, please contact our customer service directly before returning the product - if possible by email to kontakt.psycho@gmail.com - and send us pictures of the damage to the item as well as the associated order number or your customer number . If you have any questions, please also send us a telephone number where we can reach you if necessary.
